Whew! What a busy day! I just can't imagine what I'd do without a two and a half year old in the house. Life certianly wouldn't be the same.

A few months ago, anna decided that she's going to be a pro tattoo artist. She's even learned that mommy's black permanent markers, kept at the very TOP of the closet, only take about 2.9 seconds to get to and protect her art work from even the worst of soap and water scrubbings. Not long after this discovery, she realized that bare white walls with pictures just won't do for her taste. We now sport abstract art throughout the house, including the john! Nothing like staring at her version of "Red Confusion" to get the old bowels moving.

Of course, if the walls couldn't be bare, skin couldn't either. So she went goth and painted her fingers and toenails "Sharpie Black". Amanda (quite unhappily) followed the trend, and she will also occasionally sport a Dagwood sort of hair sprout. I'm not to sure what is behind then few black hairs but hey, I'm not going to keep them from expressing themselves.

After dinner we scraped all the left overs onto one plate, which we left on the counter. Then we headed for the tub for the saturday night bath. Afterwards, I went to lay out church clothes and find something for alliyah. Meanwhile, Anna had other plans. Seams she's also getting interested in becoming a makeup artist, because she looked like she'd just spent the day under the cars in the Daytona 500. Four words. Liquid - brown - eye-liner.

So, after the second bath it was time for me to change amanda's diaper. Meanwhile, the fish must have been hungry too. I *really* hope he likes corn and pork chops....

All that must have been some hard work. She's finally fast asleep, looking all clean and sweet. Excuse me while I bolt things down to the floor and figure out a way to build toddler proof ceiling shelves before morning.

Night!
